Age 48, loving “Super Dad” and Husband passed away on October 24, 2006. He was born in Lansing on June 14, 1958 the son of Max and Delores (Luz) Sandborn. Ryan loved the outdoors as was known by many people in the area for his kindness and willingness to help out any way he could. He could fix anything he put his hands on. On April 29, 1977 he married Donalyn K. Gross. He was preceded in death by his father, Max V. Sandborn in 2000 and his father-in-law, Stanley J. Gross in 2006. Ryan is survived by his wife, Donalyn; children Carrie Sandborn, Corey Sandborn (Carrie Shearer), Stacey (Burton) Brown, Daralyn Sandborn (Jason Klees) and David Wells; mother, Delores Sandborn; siblings Craig (Yvonne) Sandborn, Randy (Linda) Sandborn, Diane (Roger) Willard, Lynn Sandborn, and Jill Sandborn; mother-in-law, Jane Gross; sisters-in-law Sheila (Bruce) Cook and Carol (Howard) Graft; brother-in-law, Doug (Raelynn) Gross; several nieces and nephews.
