Bacon, Roy age 78 at Independence Village in Plymouth. Dear friend of Susan P. Rakay, also survived by cousin Sally Somerville and dear friend Margaret Taylor both of England. Roy had courageously battled Parkinson’s Disease for many years. Born in Brightlingsea, a seacoast town in England. Roy was an avid sailor both in England and America. He emigrated to the U.S. in 1970’s to work for what was then Chrysler Marine.
