Perkins, devoted sister of Josephine Palmere and her husband, the late Orlando Palmere, the late Connie Sloman and her late husband, William Sloman, the late Anthony DiMartino and his companion, Debbie Hall, and and the late Michael DiMartino, loving aunt of Michael Palmere and his wife, Sarah, Lisa Parr and her husband, Chris, and many other nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. She is also survived by her baby dog, Ellie.
