Roger W. Watkins, 71, of Damascus, Maryland, died Monday, November 13, 2017 at Holy Cross Hospital, Germantown. He was the husband of Barbara J. Watkins.
Born September 3, 1946 in Frederick, Maryland he was a son of the late Irvin B. and Mildred V. Watkins.
Roger was a graduate of Damascus High School. He
worked as a brick mason, a farmer on the family farm, and he and his wife were sellers at the Montgomery Farm Woman’s Market in Bethesda.
Surviving besides his wife Barbara, are his son Larry W. Watkins, grandson Jake Watkins, and two foster sisters Kitty Vogan and Toodle Shipley.
