Rodney W. O’Neale, 54, of Silver Spring, MD passed away on March 17, 2014. He is the son of Ruth Derrick O’Neale and the late Stanley D. O’Neale. Rodney is survived by his wife, Eileen O’Neale and two children, Stacey O’Neale and Ryan O’Neale. He is also survived by two sisters, Pat Russell of Silver Spring, MD and Bonnie Davis of Silver Spring, MD. Rodney was predeceased by a brother, Dean O’Neale.
