Robina Cecelia Moe, the daughter of Andrew & Anna Smith was born on January 8, 1941 in Charleroi, PA. She grew up in Eighty-Four, PA and later graduated from Washington High School in Pennsylvania. In 1958, she entered the U.S. Army and served until her honorable discharge in August of 1960. She and Wayne Moe were married on August 8, 1959 in Paris, ILL. Robina & Wayne raised a family in Warren, MN until 1985 and later settled on a farm outside of Warroad. Robina had a love of nature and animals. She loved to garden and spend time outdoors. She will be remembered for her humor & strength and a strong perseverance during her long years of health struggles.
Robina Moe passed away on May 8, 2007 at the Warroad Care Center at the age of 66.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne of Warroad; daughters Debra (Steven) Olson of St. Louis Park and Cindy Moe of Maple Grove, MN; and grandsons Scott (Maggey) and Bradley; 5 nieces, 4 nephews and many loving family and friends.
