Age 82, passed away on May 27, 2006. He was born on May 31, 1923 in Sebewa Township, Michigan the son of Don and Winnie Benschoter. Robert a veteran of World War II (U.S. Army) and was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 4090 . Mr. Norton was preceded in death by his wife Lonnie “Bea” Benschoter and his brother Don Benschoter Jr. Surviving are a sister Mary Lou (James) Duncan; brother James (Leonarda) Benschoter; special friend, Bobbie; sister-in-law, Doris Benschoter; many nieces and nephews and special friends, Jack and Eloise Gilbert.
