Mr. Tichvon was a loving father and grandfather, and he fought a long, courageous battle with cancer. Robert was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council # 2168 of Portland. Bob was an avid golfer, fisherman and gardener. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara, on November 11, 1994; mother, Celia. Surviving are his father, Joseph Tichvon; children, Thomas (Patricia) Tichvon, Andrew (Laurie) Tichvon, Carol (Matthew) Brooks, Laurie (Adam Reeves) Tichvon, and Michael (Lori) Tichvon; grandchildren, Chelsea, Travis, Dan, Casey, Adam, Colin, Ivan, Jacob, Tyler, Logan, Gabe and Christy; great grandson, Bryce; siblings, Rosemary (Charles) Sochor, Richard (Joyce) Tichvon and Ronald (Shirley) Tichvon; many nieces and nephews.
