Robert L. Kauserud, passed away at the Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta, on November 14th, one month short of his 87th birthday. Robert was born in Providence, RI on December 28th, 1926 and was the second son of Johann and Dagny Kauserud, both immigrants from Norway. Robert is survived by Rachel, his wife of 63 years; three sons, (Bjorn, Kristian, Anders); and one daughter, (Dagny). He also has eight grandchildren, (Eirik, Lasse, James, Derek, Kelsi, Natalie, Rob and Jack); and four great-grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his brother, (John Peder); and his son and namesake, Robert L. Kauserud Jr. (Lasse).
