Mr. Barrett was a Navy Veteran of World War II, he left high school to fight for the United States only to return to high school after his duties as a soldier to fulfill his duties as a student. Robert served in the Philippines during the war. He was a proud 3rd and 4th Degree Knights of Columbus.
