Age 83, passed away on March 21, 2008. He was born January 20, 1925 in Portland the son of Riley and Anis Sandborn, Sr.. He was a lifelong area farmer and is retired from T.R.W. Bud was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp. serving during WWII in the European theater. He enjoyed sports, gardening, camping, traveling, woodworking and his family pets. He was preceded in death by his sisters Maxine Volk and Joyce Lyon and a brother, Howard Sandborn. Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Maxine “Mackie”; Children: Julie Reynolds, Marcia Johnson, Vicky (William) Hedlund, Suzan (Daniel) Valdez, Katherine Benjamin, LaVern (Rosemary) Sandborn, Thomas (Dena) Sandborn; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sisters June Higbee, Janet (Gerald) Gilbert, Bonnie (Marvin) Jameson, Judy (Al) McCrumb, Betty (Tom) Russell; brothers Richard (Marcia) Sandborn, Kendall (Barbara) Sandborn, Louis (Mary) Sandborn, and Gary Sandborn; several nieces and nephews.
