Richard was united in marriage to Elaine Brooks on July 8, 1989 in Gasconade County and enjoyed 31 years together. Richard enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved going for walks and being outdoors. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife Elaine Hart nee Brooks of Rhineland, MO; daughter, Rachel Cruts; grandson, Tyler Anthony Cruts; 2 brothers, Roland (Christy) Hart, Curtis (Elsie) Hart; two sisters, Robin (Darrell) Laughlin, Rosie Hart; He is preceded in death by his father, Daniel D Hart, mother, Geraldine Oline Hart, brother, Roy Hart.
