Richard Amos Hendrickson, age 73, of Virginia and formerly longtime resident of Rochester, MN, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in St. Mary’s Essentia Health in Duluth. He was born October 2, 1938 in New Richland, MN, the son of Amos and Alvira (Paulson) Hendrickson. He attended school in New Richland.
He worked as a Realtor in the Rochester area for over 35 years, and he enjoyed downhill skiing.
Richard is survived by his children: Lisa Hendrickson and Richard Hendrickson both of Rochester, MN and Dawn Hendrickson; his grandson: Joshua Lee Christianson, his special friend: Joan Holton, of Virginia, MN; and his sister: Ruth Ann Severtson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters: Patricia Janzen and Linda Lewis.
