Richard Emmett Fulgham passed away on April 3, 2018 at the age of 84. He is survived by his beloved wife JoAnn Fulgham nee Bailey of Piedmont, MO; son, Rick (Margaret) Fulgham of Herman, MO; three daughters, Kimberly (Mark) Gildehaus of Belle, MO, Kelly Martin of Washington, MO, Robin Mihlfeld of Washington, MO; step-daughter, Jodi (Mark) Miller of Tulsa, OK, step-son, Roger Bailey of St. Louis, MO ; sister, Betty (Terry) Wilhelm of Barnhart, MO; numerous grandchildren and great-gandchildren, ; He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Fulgham, mother, Ruth Fulgham, first wife Nola Fulgham nee Lloyd; brother, Norman Fulgham . Richard was a store manager for Schnucks for several years. He loved to fish and go on picnics. He was a great Christian man. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
