Obituary
Philip “Phil” Dennis Walters passed away on March 18, 2019 at the age of 72. He is survived by his beloved wife Ardith Walters nee Kuester of Warrenton, MO; son, John (Noelle) Walters of OH; grandson, Christopher Walters of CO; brother, Bruce (Louise) Walters of MS; brother-in-laws, Charlie Mansour of OH, Bob Rowe of FL; several nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends; He is preceded in death by his father, Dean Walters, mother, Dorothy Walters nee Dennis, sisters, Imogene Rowe, Doris (Bill) Wilson, Marilyn Mansour and late wife, Joyce Walters nee Balaban. Phil served our country in the Marine Corp (1st Battalion, 9th Marines,3rd Marine Division) during Vietnam War. He received a purple heart and other accolades for his courageous service. Phil transfered to Wentzville, MO General Motors in 1982 from Fisher Auto Body in Cleveland OH and retired in 2006. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
