Peter Harry Gregor, age 78, of Gautier passed away suddenly on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Ocean Springs Hospital. He was born June 19, 1939 in Mobile, AL and graduated from Murphy High School in Mobile, AL. Peter attended Auburn University and was a retired GAF Roofing Representative. Peter was a devout member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Gautier, an avid bass fisherman enjoying Pro-Am Bass tournaments, and a kind, beloved friend to so many. He will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his father, Harry Peter Gregor; mother, Julia Brust Gregor; brother, James Harry Gregor; sister, Mary Ellen Wilkinson; granddaughter, Lauren Nicole Gregor.
Peter is survived by his wife of 57 years, Janice Eckhoff Gregor; son, Peter Michael Gregor; two granddaughters, Breanna Gregor Germany (Phillip), Abigail Elise Gregor; four great grandchildren, Landon M. Gregor, Addison Paige Rafter, Aubrey Nicole Germany and Amelia Grace Germany; many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and loving church family.
