Obituary
Peggy Ann Trout peacefully passed away Monday, November 5, 2018. She was 75 years young. Mrs. Trout was the beautiful bride of the late Freddie J. Trout. Peggy is survived by her daughters, Dewanna (John) Jones of St. Peters, Missouri and Darla (Karl) Krispin of Wentzville, Missouri; sister, Wilma (Wayne Himmelsbach) Benny of St. Charles, Missouri; brother, Thomas Gardner, Sr. of O’Fallon, Missouri; and nephew, Thomas (Jennifer) Gardner, Jr. of O’Fallon, Missouri. Peggy is also survived by grandchildren Brent (Mia) Trout, Gabriella Jones, Reese Jones, Jason (Crystal) Green, Chaz Krispin and Heather (Kyle) Erwin, as well as great-granddaughters Daisy Mae Trout and baby-girl Trout, arriving May 2019. Peggy is preceded in death by her father, Emory Lloyd Gardner, mother, Imogene Gardner, husband, Freddie Jean Trout, brother, Donald Sawyer and grandson, James Krispin. Peggy enjoyed family gatherings and cherished her time with loved ones. She was kind, generous, and funny. She was the light of our family. Peggy had a passion for traveling and living large at the casinos, and when it was time to wind down, you could catch her binging her “soapies” or watching the latest Syfy Channel movies. And although she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her, in her last few days, you’d often hear her sing, “Don’t worry about a thing. ‘Cause every little thing is gonna be alright.” Go in peace, Peggy.
