Paul Allen Rich, aka The Preacher, age 75 of Virginia died Thursday, February 21, 2013 in St. Michael’s Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born April 27, 1937 in St. Joseph, MO, the son of Harry W. and Viola (Griffen) Rich. Paul served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1967. After his discharge, Paul returned to St. Joseph, Mo for many years, and was later employed by Erie Mining Company. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Virginia.
