Patricia Belle Fish 73, of Williams, MN died, Wednesday, February 21, 2007 in her home. She was born February 25, 1933 to Albert and Annabelle (Allard) Firkus in Swift, MN.
She married Ora Fish on April 9, 1951 in International Falls, MN. They lived in the International Falls for a short time, moving to Minneapolis, MN following Ora’s enlistment in the US Army. They moved to the west coast for about 13 years from 1956 to 1969 they returned to the Warroad area and farmed for about 10 years. She worked various jobs in the area as well as a waitress. She was also employed at Marvin Windows for a short time.
Pat is a member of the Worldwide Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Alexander Firkus and sister, Irene Potter.
Survivors include her husband, Ora of Williams; her children, Jerry (Leann) Fish of Bemidji; Randy Fish of Williams; Sandra (Keith) Hjelmstad of Chugiak, AK; Susan (Charles) Harer of Bemidji and Karen Fish of Williams; her sisters, Cecelia Parnell of Bemidji, MN; Alberta Murphy of Williams, MN; Sandra Quigley of Portland, OR and Darlene Settle of Portland, OR; her brother, Larry (Jerri) Firkus of Portland, OR; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
