Patricia Ann (Moses) Winegar was born in Muir, MI, on September 27, 1930, the fourth child of Russell Alger Joseph and Ellen Margaret (Kelley) Quigley. She died on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Sparrow Hospital. She lived almost her entire life in Ionia County, graduating from Lyons High School in 1946. On August 21, 1948 she married James Luther Moses. After a few years in Muskegon and Grand Ledge, they moved to Lyons, and eventually to Portland. During those years they had three children: James R. (Mirla) Moses, Kathryn E. (Steve) Hurl and Margaret M. (Tony) Droste. James L. died on February 13, 1998 after over 49 years of marriage. She later married Paul Ray Winegar on October 25, 2002. He passed away on January 25, 2010. Mom loved to bake, play bridge, do crossword puzzles (in ink!), and was an avid reader. In her later years Alzheimer’s Disease stole all this from her.
