Woolwich – Pamela (Pam) J. Edgerly, 53 of Murphy’s Corner Rd. passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Bodwell Unit Nursing Center after a long battle with cancer, with her family by her side.
She was born on August eleventh, 1956 in Bath, Maine the daughter of John and Phyllis Warner. She graduated from Morse High School in the Class of 1974 and graduated from Hussen College in 1976 with a degree in Secretarial Science.
Upon graduation she was employed by the Bath Iron Works, working in various departments until her illness made her unable to work.
Pam loved her pet Chihuahua, Peas, whom she delighted to dress up in the latest doggie fashion. Peas was constantly by her side during her illness and was very protective of her. Pam loved being with her family and friends, working in her flower gardens and going to the beach searching for sea glass.
She has been a longtime companion of Dana Edgerly whom she married in 2009.
She is predeceased by a brother, Dana Warner who died March 28, 2008.
Survivors include her husband, Dana L. Edgerly of Woolwich; a daughter, Hillary Warring of Woolwich; a sister, Gretchen Carter and her husband Larry, their daughter Allison and granddaughter Kaler, their son, Jeffrey and granddaughter, Lilly, all of Old Orchard Beach, and sister, Stephanie Yannayon of Woolwich. She is also survived by one brother, John Warner and his wife Prudence, their daughter Kate and their son, Tony, all of Cundy’s Harbor; a half sister, Patsy Krause of Pawleys Island, So. Carolina.
A special thanks to sisters Gretchen and Stephanie for their help in caring for Pam in her final days and also thanks to the personnel at M.C.C.M. and CHANS in Brunswick for their care.
