She was the daughter of Wilfred Randall Springer and Hazel Adelia Whittaker Springer. She was predeceased by her parents and her five siblings; Wilfred G. (Bud) Springer, Dorothy Springer Martin, Herman R Springer, Burton W. Springer, and Sally Dion Williams. She is survived by her brother-in -law and sister-in law, Herbert and Lorraine Miller of Leesburg, Florida.
Ollie moved to Portland with her mother and siblings after her father’s death when she was 9.
