Age 89 passed away on February 6, 2008. She was born on June 3, 1918 in Detroit the daughter of Raymond and Ruth (Kilts) Benner. Natalie was a member of First United Methodist Church in Portland for more than 50 years. She retired from the State of Michigan Insurance Bureau in 1983. She enjoyed playing bridge, cooking for her family, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Natalie was a member of the Portland Riding Club and was involved with the Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts. On January 30, 1937 she married John Linebaugh and together they shared 51 years of marriage. She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1988; daughter, Janie Euvrard in 1994; brothers Wallace (June) Benner and Verlon (Shirley) Benner; brother-in-law, John Jenks. Surviving are her children Robert “Barney” (Laura) Linebaugh of Portland and Joyce McCrumb of Portland; Grandchildren Dr. Michelle McCrumb of Martha’s Vineyard, MA., Lynette (Mark) Brown of Portland, Michael (Delanie) McCrumb of Decatur, GA., Andrew (Dana) Linebaugh, Dannelle (Mark) Spitzley, John Haddix, and Josh Euvrard all of Portland; 14 great grandchildren; brother Duane (Phyllis) Benner of Sidney; sisters Beverly Jenks of Lake Odessa and Shirley Allen of Clearwater, FL..
