Mrs. Etera “Tee” Berry Ivy, 62, passed away on Tuesday July 18, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in New Albany. Etera was born to the late Mary Hardin and Jessie Dykes, Sr. on November 23, 1953 in Union County, Mississippi. She accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age and united with Beaver Dam M.B. Church where she remained a faithful member.
She married William Troy Ivy, May 12, 1984. She was a graduate of Rust College and taught school at New Albany Middle School, Wheeler and Tupelo.
On July 18, 2017, she entered into eternal rest.
She is survived by her husband: William Ivy, brothers: Hugh (Nellie), Jessie, Larry and J.D. (Alma), sisters: Mary, Barbara, Bettie and Wilma and a host of relatives and friends.
