Mrs. Alma Faye Caldwell, 71 years old of Water Valley, MS was born October 24, 1945 to the late Alvin Chapman and Lula B. Helen Chapman. She passed away October 26, 2016 at her residence in Water Valley, MS.
She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Miles Memorial C.M.E. Church where she attended her whole life. She was joined in Holy Matrimony to Hugh Caldwell in 1977 and to this union five children were born.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories two sons: Hugh (Vickie) Caldwell, Jr. and Johnny B. Caldwell; three daughters: Lula Hill, Rolanda Ware,and Jennifer (Jabo) Sanford; 11 grandchildren: Will, Antonio, Christian, Andrew Jr., Fabian, Jaden, Jada, Zach, Taylor, Mighala, and Tederra; one sister: Dorothy Reed; one brother: Floyd Chapman; two half-sisters: Patricia Pritchard and Lorraine Turner; a host of nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law and friends.
One sister preceded her in death: Tomie Harris.
