ALGOMA- Mr. Robert L. Woodard, Jr., 71, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Robert Lee Woodard, Jr. was born March 9, 1946 to Robert Lee Woodard and Daisy Lee Williams Woodard. He was a humble man. He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age. He joined Usher Valley United Methodist Church where he remained a faithful member until death. Robert was employed at Ceramic Tiles in Houston, MS as a tile manufacturer. After he retired, he helped out on Hooker’s Peach Orchard. When that came to a close, he turned to farming. He worked on the Higgins Farm until his health declined. Robert enjoyed playing basketball, hunting, fishing, riding his four wheeler, family, friends, and whatever patchwork he so desired.
