Mr. Micheal “Mike” Dunlap, 61, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017, surrounded by his family at home. He was born December 11, 1955, in New Albany, MS, to Charles and Margaret Dunlap. He worked in construction for over 40 years, was a musician and an avid motorcyclist.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years: Cathy Dunlap, New Albany, daughter: Crystal Dunlap, New Albany, brother: Eddie Dunlap (Mary), Memphis, TN, father-in-law: Thomas “Redd” Trotter (Robbie), Batesville, aunt: Latane Foley (Rev Bill) New Albany, two uncles: Gerald Armstrong (Sue) Ocala, FL, Danny Armstrong (Judy) Pensacola, FL and numerous extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his mother-in-law: Lillian Trotter.
The family would like to thank Home Care Hospice, Dr. Brad Scott and NMMC Radiation Oncology.
