Milton J. Bowen, Jr. died at home on March 11, 2023 after a brief illness, with family by his side. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on November 22, 1946. After serving in the Navy he went to work at BGE in 1968 and retired as a Systems Analyst in 2003. He was a patron of the arts, loved reading and music, and amusing us with his sharp sense of humor. He was laid to rest in the Wisdom Garden at Lake View Memorial Park in Sykesville, Maryland with military honors. He was loved and will be missed.
