Mildred Virginia Phebus Anderson 96, of Woodbine, Maryland died Saturday November 25, 2017 at Oakland Manor, Sykesville, Maryland. Twice married she was wife of the late Dudley Phebus until his passing in 1975 and then to James Anderson until his passing 2009
Mildred was born September 23, 1921 in Woodbine, a daughter of the late James and Nellie Virginia Green Hargett.
Surviving her are four children: Ruthann Stough of Hanover, Pa.; Brenda O’Donnel of Bluefield, West Virginia; Ken & Judy Phebus of Parkville, Maryland; Larry & Ann Phebus of Woodbine; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her son Stanley Phebus
