Brunswick- Mildred V. Rogers, 90, of Pejepscot Terrace, formerly of Phippsburg died Sunday, October 17, 2010 at the home of her daughter.
She was born in Portland on April 8, 1920, a daughter of Ira D. and Margaret Elizabeth (Webber) Clough.
She married John M. Rogers on July 20, 1941. She was active in Phippsburg town affairs and served as Tax Collector/Treasurer for 25 years.
She was very active with the Coastal Humane Society in Brunswick.
She was predeceased by her husband, John M. Rogers on February 8, 1988.
She is survived by two daughters, Margaret (Peggy) Doughty and her husband Warren of Phippsburg with whom she resided and Patricia Albert and her husband Delmont of Manchester, NH, one sister, Margret C. Wyman of Phippsburg, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
