Age 74, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011. She was born on July 30, 1936 in Orleans the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Schramm) Heppe. Mildred was a life long farmer who loved her dairy farm. She enjoyed gardening and she especially loved life and her family. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen in 2003; brothers Vernon, Harvey and Robert Heppe. Surviving are her children Elizabeth (Jimmy) Voorheis, Marcus (Tamara) Hartman and Frank (Kim) Hartman all of Ionia; grandchildren Benjamin, Laura, and Amanda Hartman, Sophia, Thomas (Calley), Kirsten and Raymond Christensen; sister Katherine (Steve) Kenter of Orleans; sisters-in-law Kathleen Heppe, Gertrude Heppe and Lucille Heppe; brother-in-law William (Sharon) Hartman of Ionia; special cousin David Hartman of Grand Rapids; many nieces and nephews.
