Michelle Lynn Johnson Sindeff of Vichy, Mo. passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. She was 54 years, 1 month and 21 days of age.
Michelle Johnson Sindeff was born February 17, 1960 in Belleflower, California the daughter of the late Bascom and Jean Ann Catherine Williamson Johnson.
Michelle Johnson Sindeff was an accountant for the Missouri National Guard and a Social Worker for DFS. She made wonderful blankets for all the grandchildren and even for the dogs and cats. She made outfits for all of her children and the cousins. She loved her Sunday Nascar and Saturday night races. Dale Earnhardt was the only real race car driver out there according to Michelle. She provided food for every benefit and get together that the Vichy Fire Department had. She was the family organizer; never forgetting a niece, nephew, or a sisters grandchilds birthday. Michelle was a family icon. She was an inspiration to her friends, a leader and guidance counselor as well. She had a big Heart for family and friends and her sense of humor is renowned. She loved people, family, Nascar, Bingo, Pool, crocheting and Disney Movies. Once you were Michelle’s friend, you were a friend and family for life. She was a fighter. Michelle raised many up and beyond.
Michelle Johnson Sindeff is survived by her beloved husband of the home: Philip Sindeff of Vichy, Mo.; two dear sons: Sean Michael Coby Johnson and wife Camille of Marthasville, Mo.; and Matthew Thomas Edward Sindeff and wife Leann of Vichy, Mo.; dear daughter: Catherine Marie Leigh Johnson of Miami Beach, Florida; dear sisters: Brettina Johnson of California; Lisa Jin Johnson of Owensville, Mo.; and Jean Ann Hinds of St. Clair, Mo.; one brother: Brett Johnson of California; along with two grandchildren, soon to arrive, along with a host of friends.
Michelle Johnson Sindeff is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter: Shilynne Pauline Ann Johnson; and one sister: Autumn Johnson.
