Mike was the Agriculture Service Manager at Bader and Sons in Portland where he has worked for 34 years. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Caroline Kimmel; grandparents Al and Catherine Fedewa, Norman and Mary Lay and Grandma Fanny; beloved dog, Frito. Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Marcy; children Nicholas, Stephanie and Nathan; parents Ivan and Romayne Lay; siblings Denny (Terri) Lay, Pat (Sharon) Lay and Kevin (Kim) Lay; father-in-law Joe (Deb) Rich; brother-in-law Loren (Denise) Rich; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
