Age 49, passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 after a brief battle with cancer. Mindy enjoyed bonfires, beautiful sunsets and loved being with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jackie; daughter, Rachelle; granddaughter, Lillie. Surviving are her husband of 30 years, Edward Osenga; daughters Sara (Jeremy) Blasius, Jessica (Shane) Hazelwood, and Katie Jo Osenga; “Grandma Mo’s” grandchildren Kennedy, Carter, Cameron, and Grady; brothers Dave (Tammie) Hurt, Joe (Kim) Smith and Jason Smith; father Clayton (Linda) Hurt; many nieces and nephews and many friends.
