Melinda Kay Tisher (Moo) of Greensboro, MD, died Monday, January 23, 2017, in Denton, MD, as a result of an automobile accident. She was 39 years old. Born in Easton, MD, on June 10, 1977, Melinda was the daughter of Thomas and Carol Ann Fisher of Greensboro. She was a 1995 graduate of North Caroline High School. Melinda worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative for Ryan Homes in Bridgeville, DE, and Dagsboro, DE, since 2007, where she loved her job. She was a terrific photographer and passionate about anything to do with airplanes and flying. She had a determination to one day get her license to be a pilot. She was a great cook and an incredible baker. Above all else, she loved her family and large circle of friends. She is described as having an incredible heart, an unstoppable spirit, and a smile that would ensure that you would never forget her. She was loved by all who knew her. Melinda is survived by her dear husband, Jason Tisher of Greensboro; her beloved son, Evan Alexander Kline of Greensboro; her sister, Cari Ann Fisher of Greensboro; her brother, Michael Alan Fisher and his wife Samantha and their children Grayson and Garland of Greensboro; and her mother-in-law, Anne Tisher of Easton; as well as many extended family members and family friends.
