Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Donald Bailey; sisters, Donalta Webb and Texa Miller. Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Monica; children, Edward (Susan) Bailey, Richard Bailey, and Sandra (Keith) Huhn; grandchildren, Jessie (Brian) Byelich, Luke Bailey, Kelly (Mark) Wooters, and Kyle (Sonja) Huhn; great grandchildren, Kasen and Wren Wooters, Julien Perackis, and Harrison Byelich; brothers, William Boyd (Janet) Bailey and Clarence (Virginia) Bailey.
