Preceding her in death were her parents; siblings, Adeline Smith, Helen Rogers, Francis Gensterblum, and Rita Miller. Surviving are her husband, Robert Hufnagel; children, Linda (Dane) Droste of Ionia, Michael Fowler of Big Rapids, Steven Fowler of Portland, Patricia (Thomas) Roth of Lansing, Randall Fowler of Portland, and William (fiancee, Jill) Fowler of Portland; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Penny Peiffer; special caregiver, Kim Bower; in-laws, Mark (Leone) Hufnagel of Westphalia, Jo (Dan) Bengel of Portland, Dennis Hufnagel of Portland, Debra Hufnagel of Lansing, and Nancy Hufnagel of Mason; several nieces and nephews.
