Mary Kay Knapman, 51, passed away Friday morning November 10, 2017 in her home in Mt. Airy, Maryland. Born December 6, 1965 in Alabama, she was the daughter of Sumner Clarren, and late Jean E. Clarren .
Mary attended Barrie Day School for her high school years, and Montgomery College. She spent her professional years in the dental field as a dental assistant, surgical technician, and office manager. She was loved and appreciated by her colleagues, patients and doctors as a valuable asset to any practice. She was passionate about her children, as they were the lights of her life.
She is survived by her son Sean, daughter Laura, step children Laura and Kyle, of Mt. Airy, MD, fiancé David Singer of Mt. Airy, MD, father Sumner Clarren of Baltimore, and two grandchildren, Gabrielle and Navea. .
