Mary Arlene Shrout, nee Skaggs, 56, of House Springs, MO, formerly of Steelville, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2011 in St. Louis, MO. She was born May 15, 1954 in Steelville, MO to Herman Skaggs and Hildred (Caringer) Skaggs.
Mary enjoyed reading, watching TV and especially watching wrestling.
She owned her own business, S & S Finishing in St. Louis.
She is survived by two children, Jon Skaggs of Fairview, IL and Bradley Shrout of St. Louis, MO; three brothers, Gary Skaggs of Steelville, MO, Bill Skaggs and wife Mary of Cuba, MO and Leon Skaggs and wife Margie of Virginia; two sisters, Gerry Sellers and husband Gilbert of Davisville, MO and Kathy Reeves and husband Mike of House Springs, MO; one grand-daughter; step-mother, Nina Skaggs; and one sister-in-law, Barb Skaggs of St. Louis, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Marvin and Don Skaggs.
