Marty was a God-fearing man and enjoyed his retired lifestyle to the fullest. He was known for his bright yellow mustang and his grill master skills on the grill. He always had a smile on his face and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He was kind to all animals & humans alike. He had a gentle soul who rolled with the punches. If Marty had one final wish, he would want you to spend more time with those you love and hug them just a little tighter, live in the moment, and cherish them. He was always there for his family & friends with a shoulder to cry on or a witty one liner joke. Marty didn’t have all the answers, but his company sure did help. Marty had a positive outlook on life. He was a loving, loyal, funny, caring, & down to Earth kind of guy. Marty was always a good time and always had a cold beer on a hot day. He made those long Mississippi hot days just sail by with his company and conversations. Often friends of his would just stop by to say “hey” and hang out for a bit.
