Age 93, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2005. She was born on June 25, 1912 in Scranton, Pennsylvania the daughter of Carl and Maria (Albrecht) Sontag. Mrs. Simon was a member of St. Patricks Catholic Church in Portland, and she loved ceramics, flower gardening and birds. Marjorie was a secretary for the majority of her working life at Diamond REO Trucks and Tri County Community Mental Health, and was also a wonderful homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Francis Raymond Gibbs, Vearly Coffman and Clarence Simon; 2 brothers, Carl and Ralph Sontag; sister, Dorothy Durham. Surviving are 2 daughters, Judith (Glenn) Weaver of Julesburg, CO and Nancy (Thomas) Thelen of Lyons, MI; 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sister, Anna May Jones of Florida.
