Marion H. Gunther, 96 of Round Pond, passed away on the evening of July 27th at Round Pond Green after a brief illness. Born on August 13th 1917 in Meriden, CT, she was the daughter of William and May (Hobson) Hirschfeld. Marion grew up in Meriden, Connecticut and attended Meriden High School and the Meriden School of Nursing where she received her degree as a Registered Nurse.
