She is retired from Atwood Corporation in Lowell after many years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Peabody; sisters Elaine Cook, Joan Thorp and Katy Ray. Marilyn is survived by her children Sally (John) Hughes, Lena Warren, Kathy Preston, Stanley Preston and Mark (Stacey) Preston; 16 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sisters Helen (Gary) Smiley and Brendy (Neil) Curtis; special niece Cindy Voorheis.
