Marilyn Chenoweth Zuill, age 89, of Pascagoula passed away peacefully on August 19, 2016 at We Care Hospice.

She was born April 22, 1927 in Hamilton, Bermuda and has been a resident of Pascagoula for over 55 years. During her life, she made many friends working for Dr. Bosco, Salmagundi Gift Shop, Scranton’s Restaurant and The Knit Shop located in Bermuda. She was an avid bridge player, gifted artist, cat lover, and enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles. She was an advocate for medical research and donated her body to science.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Louise Zuill, brother, H. J. “Chummy” Zuill, and daughter, Marilyn “Bitsy” Chenoweth DiGirolamo.

Marilyn is survived by children and spouses, Kacee and Lewis Hawkins, Richard and Kathy Chenoweth, and Andrea “Andy” Chenoweth; grandchildren and spouses, Stephen and Andrea Hawkins, Lesley and Wayne Newland, Melissa and Dwayne Windham, Lauren Chenoweth and fiancé Joe Pisarich, and Amy Chenoweth; great-grandchildren, Connor, Tate and Kara Hawkins, Jessica and Jake Newland, Foster, Sawyer, Satchel and Cannon Windham; and devoted nephew, Michael Volpicelli.
