She was born on February 18, 1925, a daughter of Elizabeth and William Brown of Westbrook, Maine.
She was a graduate of Westbrook High School class of 1943. On June 11, 1943 she married William C. Turner, who predeceased her in 2003. She worked for several years at Mercy Hospital, and she loved being a wife, mom, and grandma.
