Margery M. Hodgkin, 84 died suddenly on January 11, 2016 at Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Gray, ME the daughter of the late Walter and Minnie Golding. Margery attended school in Gray. Margery was an avid Yankee fan which she was able to enjoy after her retirement from the Salvation Army where she worked as a sorter.
She was predeceased by her husband, Paul R. Hodgkin, Sr., four siblings, and a grandson, Thomas Curlew, Jr.
Survivors include her children, Sharyn Bailey (and Fitz), Steven Hodgkin, Loveiner Cooledge (and Ken) all of Portland, Paul Hodgkin Jr. (and Helen) of Limington, Robin Curby, Deena Kruse (and Chris) of Port St. Lucie, FL and Paulet Michaud (and Ray) of Scarborough, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the Portland First Responders and staff at the Portland Center for Assisted Living for their care and support.
