M. Susan Selby of Centreville, MD, died Sunday, August 6, 2017, at the Autumn Lake Nursing Home in Chestertown, MD. She was 65 years old.
Born in Easton, MD on June 1, 1952, Susan was the daughter of the late John William Selby and Margaret Kathryn Wolcott Selby. She had lived in Centreville all of her life and had graduated from the Queen Anne County High School. She had then attended Chesapeake College and Hood College for two years and graduated from Towson University in 1976 with a BS in Music. Susan was an accomplished musician and loved to play her flute and piano.
Susan is survived by her good friend and long-time caretaker, Jim Barton of Queen Anne, MD and, in addition, many close relatives. In addition to her parents, Susan is preceded in death by her good friend, Terry L. Maulk.
