Margaret “Maggie” Tredway, 89, of Washington, Missouri, formerly of New Haven, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at New Haven Care Center, New Haven, Missouri.
Mrs. Tredway was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 28, 1922, the daughter of the late Harry F. and May E. (Brown) Urban.
She was the widow of Francis Perry Tredway. They were married on August 15, 1939 at Maryland Heights, Missouri, he preceded her in death on October 30, 2008.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, Union, Missouri. She worked at Carmo Shoe Factory in Union and later at Langenberg Hat Company in New Haven.
Maggie enjoyed deer hunting, crocheting & being with her family.
She is survived by three sons Paul Tredway & wife Rosie of Hermann, Joy Tredway & wife Freda of Union and Richard Tredway & wife Norma of New Haven, a daughter Nancy Owens & husband Albert of Owensville, 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and by one brother Clarence Urban.
