Mr. Flores was a member of the North Plains Community Church, and he worked at Fisher Body as a master craftsman, retiring in 1978. Manuel enjoyed yardwork, the Dallas Cowboys, fishing, fixing cars and baseball. He was preceded in death by his father in 1978; his first wife, Grace Flores in 1978; his third wife, Martha Flores in 2004; sister, Cecelia Garcia. Surviving are his mother, Ysaura Flores of Slaton, TX; children, Don (Debra) Gable of Lorain, OH, Mary (Tom) Denis of Ionia and JoAnn (Johnny M.) Norris of Odessa, TX; grandchildren, Aaron Denis, MaryJo Denis, Don L. Gable, Victor Denis and Aaron Norris; siblings, Dionicia Barrera, Maria Gonzales and Frances Flores-Cabrera; many stepchildren and step grandchildren.
