Maggie Lee Frank Webb, 97, died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Heartfields Assisted Living in Frederick, MD. She was the wife of the late Arthur P. Webb, Sr. Born January 16, 1917 in Culpeper, VA. She was the daughter of the late William P. and Fanny Monroe Frank. She is survived by nine children; Arthur P. Webb, Jr. of Florida, Ella Lee Kiley of Germantown, William A. Webb of Taneytown, Ralph A. Webb of Arizona, Bonnie L. Schultz of Union Bridge, Deborah A. Kurz of Thurmont, Jane A. Wolfe of Thurmont, Jimmy A. Webb of Sabillasville, and Ruby L. Blickenstaff of Thurmont. Maggie is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 29 great-great-grandchildren, a sister, Greta Poole of Florida, and a brother, Walter Frank of Georgia. She was predeceased by a son, David L. Webb.
